Areál malého a středního podnikání Pavlovice u Kojetína

Abstract

Predmetom bakalárskej práce je návrh Centrálneho správneho objektu pre Areál malého a stredného podnikania v obci Pavlovice u Kojetína, v okrese Prostějov. Objekt je určený pre administratívu areálu, prezentáciu výrobkov a taktiež pre stravovanie zamestnancov aj širšej verejnosti. Riešený pozemok sa nachádza medzi obcou Pavlovice u Kojetína a časťou Unčice. Na pozemku sa nachádza aj poľnohospodárska farma, ktorá bola súčasťou niekdajšieho družstva. Na pozemku sa rovnako nachádzajú aj budovy, ktoré sú pozostatkom spomínaného družstva. Tieto objekty budú pri príprave pozemku na stavbu, odstránené. Pozemok je napojený na mestskú komunikáciu. Pozemok je mierne svahovitý smerom ku otvorenej krajine, smerom od komunikácie. Stavba je rozdelená do dvoch hmôt, podľa jej prevádzky. Objekt administratívy je dvojpodlažný a objekt jedálne, jednopodlažný. Objekty sú prepojené na priečelí prístreškom, ktorý ich prepája a umocňuje horizontály objektu. Je osadený od hranice pozemku, čo umožňuje vytvoriť pred ním výsadbou bio diverzné a zatrávnené nárazové zóny, a znížiť veľkosť spevnených plôch na pozemku. Na pozemku sa bude nachádzať aj objekt pre správu areálu s dielňou a prenajímateľné výrobné haly.The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the design of a Central Administrative Building for the Small and medium-sized business complex Pavlovice u Kojetína in the village of Pavlovice u Kojetína, in the Prostějov district. The building is intended for the administration of the area, the presentation of products, as well as for the catering of employees and the wider public. The site in question is located between the village of Pavlovice u Kojetína and the Unčice part. There is also an agricultural farm on the site, which was part of a former cooperative. There are also buildings on the site, which are remnants of the mentioned cooperative. These buildings will be removed during the preparation of the site for construction. The site is connected to the municipal road. Site is sloped slightly towards the open country, away from the road. The building is divided into two masses according to its function. The administrative building is two-story, and the dining hall is single-story. The buildings are connected at the front by a connecting roof structure, which links them and emphasizes the horizontal lines of the building. It is set back from the property line, allowing the creation of biodiverse and grassed buffer zones in front of it, and reducing the amount of paved areas on the site. The site will also include a building for the area management with a workshop and rentable production halls.
