Polyfunkční dům

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh polyfunkčního domu. Navržená stavba se skládá ze dvou objektů oddělených dilatační spárou. První objekt je čtyřpodlažní a obsahuje bytovou část s 17 bytovými jednotkami a 3 obchodní prostory. Druhý objekt obsahuje dvě nadzemní podlaží a nachází se zde provozovna kavárny. Bytová část je zastřešená plochou střechou bez provozu. U objektu s kavárnou je navržena plochá vegetační střecha. K polyfunkčnímu domu byly navrženy dvě samostatné parkovací plochy s příslušným počtem parkovacích míst.The subject of this thesis is to design a multifunctional building. The proposed structure consists of two separated buildings by an expansion joint. The first building has floor ground floor and includes a residential part with seventeen dwelling units and three commercial spaces. The second building contains two ground floors and includes café. The residential part is covered with flat roof without operating. The building with café is covered by green roof. The multifunctional building has been designed with two separate parking areas with corresponding number of parking places.
