The author prepared a complex thesis which he based on a creative and original approach. The author comes out from the evaluation of his own business idea, which he evaluates by appropriately selected strategic tools. The work is processed at a very high level and the author has paid a corresponding effort to its preparation. He worked continuously on its elaboration and effectively used the possibilities of consultations. The main goal of the thesis is a proposal for a framework of business strategy of newlyestablished company. The goal is achieved.Standard methodological frameworks are used in the thesis and all of of them are applied in very good way. The author is starting the analysis with megatrends influencing particular business. Valuable is analysis of the competitive environment with clear and very useful outcomes.Proposals are matching results of the analysis and are logically and systematically structured.Language and proficiency level of the thesis is on excellent level. I recommend the thesis for the defense.
