The main goal of the thesis is, based on the analysis of the current state of a real estate family business, to propose a strategy for its succession management and further direction with the aim of strengthening its position. This objective is fulfilled with some remarks mentioned below. There are used standard analytical methods to analyze external and internal analysis. There are identified opportunities and threads out of the external analysis. But it is not clear, whether those are O & T related to the company business in general or to the power transition process. There is used 7S method for internal analysis but I do not see clear outcome of that. It would help to process the analysis using matrix describing how each and every "S" is matching or not matching each other "S". This would be relevant base for the transition plan proposal. Proposed transition plan is divided into 4 phases, each covered by general description what is needed to be done in the particular phase. The plan could be more detailed and also basic economic evaluation would be helpful. Despite the remarks I recommend the thesis for evaluation.
