The main goal of the thesis is proposals that should lead to acquisition of new international customers of small bakery in Brno. The proposals should be primarily based on author`s own research. I see the goal fulfilled.Performed analysis are based on three consequent research parts that are focusing on separate groups of customers. Valueable are clear outcomes formulated out of all three research parts.Prepared proposals are well based on the analytical outcomes and reflect author`s practical experience in the company.When it comes to language and proficiency, there could be used passive instead of "we". I recommend the thesis for the defense.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the perception of local artisan bakery by foreign customers. The thesis uses basic methods for data collection and analysis. The findings of the conducted research are trivial in nature. Moreover, it is not clear to what extent the research was conducted independently by the author. It is not clear who proposed the structure and harmonogram of the research (in the thesis is usually used the pronoun "we". In the chapter "First customer research" it is stated that the research was conducted from 1 June 2022 - 1 March 2023 on page 43 and from 1 June 2021 to 1 March 2022 on page 53 (probably mistake). On page 48 the author stated that Dezertina opened the shop on the 13th of May 2021, however on page 72 and 11 is written it was on the 13th of May 2022.  Chapter (The city of Brno) belongs to analytical part not to theoretical. There are more problems with the dates. The author satisfactory interprets the conclusions from the analyses performed. The proposed solutions are developed to a satisfactory level. The proposal part takes the form of vague recommendations (for example, the proposal concerning the plan for the anniversary event). It would be desirable to develop a clearly specified action plan for the event. In the proposal section, initial costs of production facility upgrade and monthly costs after production facility upgrade are calculated. These are large sums and the question remains as to whether they can be realised, even though the proposal states that these investments are envisaged once demand is stable. The formalities and terminology used are of a good standard.
