I believe this diploma thesis is very well done. The topic of this thesis was covered in appropriate range and the division of thesis into chapters and parts is fulfilled logically. The results are summarized very well and the whole results and discussion part is easy to orient in. In my opinion it would only be good to modify the scale of graph in Fig. 13, so that the values with higher surface tensions can be differed better. Another possibility can be to cut out the part where values are not so clearly differentiated and make a separate graph with bigger scale out of it. The use of literature and its citation is great. Concerning the language used there are some mistakes, usually minor ones, which could have been corrected by another proper text checking. However, considering writing in non-native language the mistakes can be neglected. When writing an article for prestigious journal, I would recommend checking written text more carefully. The conclusion is well done, however I missed some information whether the whole topic was covered completely or there is still a possibility to continue with this research in future. This would be my question for author of the thesis. I did not find any reason for not approving this work. I recommend this thesis with grade A.
