The author of the master's thesis understands the issue and used adequate methods for problem evaluation. Based on the knowledge gained by studying of theory and also thanks of the work experience gained during the employment at CCI Czech Republic s.r.o., author of the master's thesis correctly defined the results and proposed possible solutions for valuable implementation of ERP system in a manufacturing company. The author delineated the situation of the company very precisely, as well as the progress and impact of the implementation of the ERP system (IFS). Although the questionnaire could include more questions with further specialization on the employee's perception of the new system differentiating between the real system users and the employees with on access to the system. The other point to be made is that the user expressed well, that the impact on the change in processes measured cannot be attributed only on the IFS implementation team, but also to the Logistics team, therefore it would also consider further research in order to detach the impact of the new system and the constant progress within the company on the results presented.
