The aim of final thesis was completed at a good level. There are some issues that occured in processing of the work and descreased the overall quality of this thesis. The sources, on which the theoretical part has been based, are rather popular, however for this chosen topic can be seen relevant. Some of the business plans´ parts (e.g. financial plan) could be explained more in detail and based on more relevant sources. Used methods were appropriately selected, however their implementation evinces some limitations (e.g. with regard to the aim of the final thesis, the selected methods should be described and in context of solved issue, statistical processing of the gained data is not stated at all and interpretentions and some conclusions are superficial and not supported with serious data). Proposals and recommendations for the company development could be designed in more detailed way with relevant justification (e.g. there are no clear goals for next time periods, job descriptions of new job positions, processes dicriptions, financial reports, etc.). Formal processing of the thesis is on a good level, there are some rather small issues that should be noticed, e.g. spelling mistakes or missing quotations in the text or logical  inconsistencies of the text structure.

The aim of the work was to create a business plan. I find the objective partially fulfilled. The business plan in question has been in development for a year and it is not clear what information is based on the analysis of the current situation or is it already in the past. Also the analytical part seems to be linked to the actual proposals in one chapter and again from my point of view it is not clear what the objective is. The proposals, labelled as recommendations, are indicative, without much specification. The information from 2.5 onwards is obviously intended as a business plan in its own right and is certainly useful for business development in the future. On the other hand, estimating future sales in the next year is not realistic from my point of view. The proposals are made on a good theoretical basis and are based on the analyses made. I positively evaluate the author's personal commitment to the company and her efforts to develop the business in the future. The work is at a satisfactory professional and formal level, with a relevant number of sources used. I recommend the thesis for defence, despite the mentioned limitations.
