The final thesis has been elaborated on a very good level. Student carried out very good research into relevant literature sources and delivered very good overview of studied area. The overview is based on nearly 40 relevant sources which is above-standards amount in this type of qualification work. What is missing in the theoretical part is a summary of overall theoretical part. There is non-standard sample description in the empirical part of the theses, however other parts of empirical reserach is well done. Moreover, interpretation and above all recommendations made on individual level for particular employees can be seen very beneficial for a company, improvement of internal communication which is crucial for effective functioning of an organization. I appreciate student´s attempt of financial costs estimation, although it was done on rather superficial level. However, in the context of selected topic it is understandeble, because it is not easy to estimate costs connected with the proposed improvements in the area of soft skills improvement, particularly personal competencies development.

Jochman, Petr

The author chose an interesting approach to a topic, which is very relevant for a functioning company, yet not that frequently discussed. Both theoretical and analytical parts are very well conducted and logically structured. The author fulfilled the defined goal of the thesis. Analysis of individuals and proposals for them are elaborated in depth. The thesis has practical applicability, proposals can be used by team members straight away and can serve as a basis for the training. Linguistically, the work is on a good level. I overall evaluate the thesis positively and recommend it for defence.
