This thesis examines the effectiveness of PRINCE2 Agile project management in increasing team stability and improving work processes for effective implementation of the Privileged Access Management (PAM) security product. The thesis includes a theoretical review of traditional and Agile methodologies, the PRINCE2 and PRINCE2 Agile frameworks, and a detailed exploration of PAM systems. This is followed by an analysis of the state of the company using tools such as the Cynefin Framework, Agilometer, McKinsey 7S Model and SWOT analysis. The design section suggests strategic interventions, including restructuring the team to incorporate Scrum Master, improving project processes, and using effort estimates and progress charts. The cost of the proposal is estimated by a three-point analysis and the financial benefits are confirmed by a cost-benefit analysis. I have some concerns about the formal editing of the thesis. The student could have paid more attention to the formal editing of the thesis, and could have structured the thesis better to make it clearer. For the 7S strategic analysis and SWOT analysis performed, the student could have gone more in depth. Defense Question: Indicate what sources you relied on to construct the SWOT and 7S analysis.

It is not precisely clear what is the main aim of the thesis from the title of the thesis and aim of the thesis (see Assignment and chapter Goals of thesis and methods - p. 12). If the main aim of the thesis is really "To examine the effectiveness of the PRINCE2 Agile project management solution in enhancing team stability and refining work processes for the effective implementation of a Privileged Access Management security product" (see p. 12), then I lack the following in the thesis: Theoretical part – theoretical background related to the key term "effectiveness" (definition, classification, method of measurement in the given problem/project, etc.) Analytical part – analysis of key variables influencing the effectiveness of the analysed problem/project Proposal part – the way of evaluating the identified variables, overall assessing the effectiveness of the analysed problem/project, including a proposal for improvement. It must be added that some of the proposals are listed in the thesis, however, without a direct link to the topic "effectiveness". In context of the topic "effectiveness" (I assume a key topic - see the chapter Goals of thesis and methods - p. 12), it is not clear how the analytical part of the thesis follows the proposed part. I consider this fact to be the main weakness of this thesis, which significantly minimizes the application of the results in practice and, in the context of the title of the thesis, does not reflect its main goal. The analytical part of the work is processed descriptively rather than analytically. The "analyses" - Agilometer, Cynefin Framework, 7S Model and SWOT - are processed very generally, in some cases it is a mere description of the theory. The thesis shows certain shortcomings in term of the formal aspect. Such as aligning the entire text into a block, the main chapters do not start on a separate page, the form of citation in chapter References must be without numbering according selected citation style. The main chapters Conclusion and References must be without numbers according faculty guideline.
