The diploma thesis contains all the requirements, it is prepared precisely in terms of professional and formal aspects. The analyses carried out are sufficiently supported by data and justified, they are logically linked to each other, and are synergistically used to formulate conclusions. The proposals and solutions are supported by the conclusions of the analyses, and in my opinion are practically feasible. The objectives of the thesis have been met. I have no further comments or questions.

The thesis focuses on the issue of expansion of a Czech online store, which focuses on selling professional and garden tools to German e–commerce market. The main and sub-objectives were met. The proposed solutions are logically structured according to the theoretical framework. The necessary methods for data collection and analysis are used in the thesis. The scope of the analytical part can be positively assessed, especially the careful analysis of external factors. The author interprets the conclusions of the analyses very well. The design part is well elaborated and includes, financial evaluation, which will facilitate the implementation of the proposed procedure in practice. In the design section, the chapter dealing with SEO suggestions is of a more general nature. It would be beneficial, for example, to list specific keywords. The formalities and terminology used are at the required level.
