The author deals with the chosen topic in a very complex way and relies on industry knowledge and the results of his own research and analysis. The results are clearly applicable to the development of a specific company and to the solution of the defined problem. The thesis is prepared at a superior level not only in comparison with bachelor theses, but also in comparison with most master theses. Question How could the factors in the SWOT matrix be further evaluated?

Detailed customer evaluation is an excellent basis for setting the value proposition and business development of a given company. This is also evident in the clear assessment of the customer profile. The evaluation of competitors clearly defines their scope and focus. Their strengths and weaknesses are defined. The summary, prepared in the form of a SWOT matrix, includes relevant factors that the company can exploit. Here more space could be devoted to the evaluation of this matrix and comments on possible conclusions. | |

The bachelor's thesis deals with the problem in the area of IT technology in primary and secondary schools in Slovakia. In the analytical part, the business model canvas and value proposition canvas approach were used to describe the current situation of the company. Furthermore, the trends in the digitalisation of education and the requirements of potential customers were analysed, which formed a sufficient source for the development of proposals. The results were summarised in the form of a SWOT matrix. Except for minor mistakes in the SWOT matrix, I have no reservation about the elaboration. I appreciate the use of the results of the analytical part in the proposals, where potential customers preferred the form of live webinars, which was chosen as the main future product. Other products were also considered. I appreciate the detailed elaboration of the live webinars proposal up to the level of the content plan for the first year. In the proposed business model, it doesn't make sense to me to eliminate the car as a key resource when part of the customer relationship includes offline conferences and events where he needs transport somehow. As far as the practicality of the proposal is concerned, from my point of view it is too drastic change in the company's business model from a 100% offline to a 100% online environment. Therefore, I would also welcome design a propose that would be a hybrid between online and offline environments. I would not see the free content proposal as a standalone product proposal, but rather as a marketing campaign option and one of the forms of communication with potential customers. At the end of the work there is an orientation financial plan, where I would appreciate its elaboration for each proposal separately, because the author mentions that the proposals will be introduced gradually. Formally, the thesis is consistent with a minimum of grammatical errors that do not affect the content.
