The aim of final theses was completed and after further more detailed elaboration is applicable into the daily praxis of the company. Used methods based on Denison Cultural Model were appropriately selected for surveyd area and implemented with regard to the aim of the final thesis. For data assessement were chosen descriptive statics only. However, student was able to come up with conclusions based on analyses provided. Proposed suggestions are appropriate towards selected topic, however before implementation into the daily practice of the company they need to be worked out more in detail.

The author presented an interesting work on corporate culture in a selected company, by setting the logical methodology, moving from theory to her own research. The theoretical part cites enough sources and presents various concepts of corporate cultures. She states clearly his own goal of his research, which is to analyze the current state of the company's organizational culture (p.44). A questionnaire survey of 87% of employees is sufficient. The results are convincing. It uses the standardized Denison Culture Model method. There is one point to mention, in appendix 4 (Interview with the STORRA´s leader) should be translated into English. But generally sufficient number of pages and resources.
