The analyses that were done show very good knowledge of the subject. The complex system approach also provided necessary knowledge that has revealed a very important weak place, which is the incompetence of the Kvasiny plant management. Suggested proposals for the removal of the weak place are inventive and feasible. The proposals presented in recommendation parts A and B in their core could be considered as a framework formulation of the HR management strategy. For defending, I recommend answering the following questions: 1. What are the risks of implementing your proposals? 2. What do you see today as a basic problem of personnel management, or what is currently reducing its effectiveness? Provedené analýzy, velmi dobré znalosti problematiky a systémový komplexní přístup umožnily získat poznatky, které odkryly slabé místo, jehož řešení je v kompetenci managementu závodu Kvasiny. Předložené návrhy na jeho odstranění jsou invenční a realizovatelné. Návrhy předložené v části A a B ve svém komplexu lze považovat za rámcové formulování strategie v oblasti personálního managementu. Při obhajobě doporučuji zodpovědět následující otázky: 1. Jaká jsou rizika realizace vámi předložených návrhů 2. V čem spatřujete současnosti základní problém personálního managementu, respektive co v současnosti snižuje jeho efektivnost

Author introduced respectively chosen methods in due process of analyzing company’s situation. Description of the company is very comprehensive in all aspects. Automotive industry is depicted as highly competitive. Conclusion of analyses also reflects the market being confronted with booming technical innovations and changes in human behaviour. Author’s recommendations are aimed mostly on the company’s shortcomings related to human resources, which may arise in much serious inconvenience in daily operation in the future. Suggested strategy shall lead to betterment for ŠKODA AUTO’s current situation on the automobile market. Proposals are in full compliance of the paper’s objectives and master thesis is recommended for oral defense.
