The objective of the thesis was to propose a development approach for the activities of a selected company. I consider this objective to be fulfilled. The proposals are built on a solid theoretical foundation (with some reservations noted below) and are supported by relevant analysis. The proposed solutions are appropriate and of good quality; however, they could have been elaborated further, as the proposal section is only 12 pages long. I positively evaluate the chosen topic and the alternative approach to the bachelor thesis, which results in outputs with practical relevance. On the negative side, I find the theoretical framework insufficiently supported by academic sources. Although the theoretical part appears extensive, it is based on a relatively limited number of relevant references. Overall, the thesis meets the required academic standards. I recommend the thesis for defense.
