Práce se zabývá jednou z oblastí činnosti společnosti ESET. Analytické části jsou vybavené dostatečným množstvím konkrétních dat, postup jejich zpracování a přijaté závěry odpovídají očekávání. Slabina spočívá v návrhové části práce - návrhy jsou poněkud obecné, chybí jim větší míra konkretizace. The thesis deals with one of important areas of ESET activities. Analytical parts are supported by a number of data, their elaboration and interpretation are consistent with expectations. The weakest part od thesis are "proposals" - they lack more in-depth elaboration.

Author managed to provide detailed analysis of ESET company position on related market. It includes appropriate description of current state of anti-virus industry and ESET's position in it. Author correctly depicted nature of the market and challenges within. Based on market analysis author was able to propose structured strategy for ESET company. Proposition appropriately reflects current trends within the cyber-security industry and opportunities that may arise. Strategy consists of reasonable assumptions with appropriate justifications. Even though proposal has long term nature, proposal may have included more comprehensive enumeration of market size and risk involved. Master's thesis includes all necessities and proposes strongly justified strategy, therefore I recommend the thesis for defense.
