This assessment is a subsequent assessment due to the fact that the student failed the proper defense. Upon the first failure, the committee made the following conclusion or recommendation (citation): "The Bachelor Thesis does not solve the topic in the assignment - the character of the solved idea and enterprise are not of the start up type. The objectives of the thesis in chapter 1 are defined differently than in the assignment. The proposal itself is based more on the structure of a business plan, but it is not a well-developed business plan. It does not include specific steps and a plan for implementation. The methodology is not sufficiently defined. The analytical part is general and missing relevant information for both the business plan and the feasibility assessment. For example, there is no evaluation of the market potential - customers, market size, etc. The analytical part is not sufficiently supported by data and the conclusions are not properly formulated. The SWOT matrix contains errors in the classification of factors and is not linked to previous analytical inputs. The design part is not sufficiently elaborated either as a business plan or as a feasibility study. The individual parts are very general. The financial assessment is insufficient. The Commission recommends that the work be further developed - to complete the definition of the methodology, to add theoretical background with topics suitable for a start-up and newly established company. The analytical part should be supplemented with relevant data (specific market information, customer and competitor analysis, etc.). The author must clearly define the structure of the design part in accordance with the assignment. The individual recommended steps must be clearly supported. The financial evaluation should be elaborated and supporte by detailed relevant data. The student may register for the make-up term of the Final State Examination in September this year". For this reason, the submitted bachelor's thesis was re-assessed and the submitted status of the work was compared with the requirements of the committee. In terms of the substantive work, it meets the requirements for final theses in the bachelor's type of study. The work meets the requirements of the official assignment and the goal of the work set therein. The student worked with the literature and carried out a complete research. The student carried out a quality analysis and interpreted its results. The list of literature is of high quality and its focus corresponds to the focus of the final thesis. The draft part of the work is of high quality in individual parts. With certain limitations, the conclusions of the work can be applied in practice. After comparing the requirements of the commission and the content of the work, I conclude that the work meets these recommendations and I can recommend it for defense. I do not provide additional questions for the defense.

The revised bachelor thesis fulfilled the set objective of the thesis with a few reservations. The definition of the thesis objective is not clearly anchored in relation to the starting points of the business plan – the establishment of a small start-up. The methodology of the thesis is based primarily on the use of standard methods. However, the context and hypotheses (p. 75 of the thesis) are not clearly anchored in the starting points and objectives of the thesis. The theoretical part is not based on the latest sources. The thesis mainly contains domestic sources. The author often relies on a compilation of texts without corresponding references to the literature. The author presents the topic of the thesis from the perspective of cooperation without explaining his contribution to the work. The results achieved are a simulation of an estimate without adequate support from the data and sources used related to the topic of the thesis. This fact does not guarantee the practical applicability of the results achieved in the thesis. Despite the above reservations, which can be used to defend the thesis, there has been some improvement in the revised bachelor's thesis. Questions for discussion: 1. What is the connection between the bachelor's thesis and the second person mentioned on page 81 of the thesis? 2. What relevant sources does the market analysis (chapter 4.3.7)?
