From the submitted work is clear that on the basis of knowledge of professional literature, very good knowledge of Moravia IT, its business and overall overview, the author has fully demonstrated the ability to select suitable analytical methods, to analyze the specifics of the firm and the field of business. The logical result of these facts is the formulation of inventive proposals and recommendations, their implementation will make a possible improvement of the current situation. For defending the thesis, I recommend answering the following questions: 1. Implementation of any of the submitted proposals is considered to be key and can you explain why? 2. What is the current SWOT strategy and which strategy would you recommend to the company and why? Z předkládané práce je zřejmé, že na základě poznatků z odborné literatury, velmi dobré znalosti Moravia IT, oboru jejího podnikání a celkového přehledu autor plně prokázal schopnost vybrat adekvátní analytické metody, zpracovat analýzy s přihlédnutím ke specifikům firmy i oboru podnikání. Logickým výsledkem těchto skutečností je formulace invenčních návrhů a doporučení, jejichž realizace umožní zlepšení stávajícího stavu. Při obhajobě doporučuji zodpovědět následující otázky: 1. Realizaci kterého z předložených návrhů považujete za klíčovou a uveďte proč 2. Jaká je stávající strategie SWOT a jakou byste firmě do budoucnosti doporučoval a proč

As a topic of the diploma thesis student chose analysis of the selected company by using the selected methods. The individual chapters of the work are processed in a clear and comprehensible manner. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the basic concepts of analysis and used methods. The student draws on both Czech and foreign sources but due to the nature of diploma thesis, I would appreciate more foreign literature. In the practical part, the student used the analysis of industry and PESTLE analysis for external analysis, where the student appropriately described the external factors influencing the selected company. Some factors have been described more generally, but the conclusion of PESTLE analysis has been summed up appropriately to the most important points that may directly affect the selected company. For internal analysis, the student selected the McKinsey 7S and Kralicek quick test, which was mainly focused on assessing the financial situation of the company. The student describes the development of the company over the last 5 years. The description of development for Kralicek quick test should be complemented by the causes of significant changes that occurred in the company. The results of the external and internal analysis of the selected company were appropriately summed up in the SWOT analysis. The conclusion of the thesis includes suggestions and recommendations that are realistic and for the company could be beneficial. I consider the diploma thesis as well elaborated and the main aim has been fulfilled.
