The main goal of the thesis is formulated as preparation of the marketing plan for a selected company. The goal is fulfilled.The author is using a standard methodology in all parts of the thesis.A partial analysis of external and internal factors is summarized in the SWOT.The proposals are in the form of a basic marketing plan that includes rough time schedule it also covers basic cost estimation. When it comes to this plan proposal, it could be prepared in deeper detail and also a summary in the form of tables and graphical outputs would help in better orientation in the proposals.Question for the defense:When do you expect that this proposed plan will allow the profitability of the company?

The thesis is based on adequate information sources and mostly at a good level deals with the given topic and fulfils the stated goal. The analysis is mostly of a good quality. The proposals can be considered generally useful but their practical applicability is low. Shortcomings can be found in the work with information sources.
