Question: The author did not mention risks in his proposals. In the theoretical part they are dealt with, but in the final (suggestion) part of the diploma thessis the risks is missing. So what are the feasibility risks?

Student fulfills objective, sufficient detail dealt with the issue of the entry of the small company to the Slovak markter. Clearly and comprehensively set and defined how the martek operates in its essenc. In literary research I have a minor complaint, and in the case of literature, which I miss using more specialized literature on this subject from abroad. But despite all this, the work achieves the requirements that are placed on writing such a work. The thesis is elaborated clearly and neatly. I consider it very important that the work is understandable for the layperson, used documents are clear and meaningful. Analysis of the industry and the upstream industry analysis is sufficiently detailed according lucid articulation of both analyzes. Throughout the work they are precisely marked the opportunities and threats, of which the author then comes to determining the strategy. The attractiveness of the sector is adequately treated and the associated individual recommendations. Since the topic of the thesis focused on the external market entry are implemented regular final recommendations designed to company. Appreciate the topic of work aimed at global character, the difficulty in finding and analyzing the data and the applicability of the information obtained in the analysis. Formal essentials of the thesis are met without comments. The logical sequence of the texts in literature and even after their work is very good.
