The aim of the thesis was to design a feasibility study evaluating the market potential and economic viability of consulting services. I consider this objective to be fulfilled. The proposed solutions are based on a strong theoretical foundation and well-structured analyses. The recommendations are relevant and of very good quality. I particularly appreciate the analytical section, which is comprehensive and supported by data sources, as well as the author’s use of primary research. The outcomes are clearly demonstrated and practically applicable. The author shows a critical perspective in the discussion, acknowledging both the potential and limitations of the business idea and assessing its real market prospects. The thesis meets a very good academic and formal standard. I recommend the thesis for defense.
