The thesis focuses on the use and implementation of project management tools for the design and production of a display unit for indoor smart home systems. The theoretical part of the thesis contains definitions of basic terms used in the thesis. The analytical part of the thesis contains an evaluation of the current state of the company. Here, the student based her analysis on interviews with the company management and on the strategic analyses SLEPT, 7S, Porter and SWOT. The proposal part of the thesis contains all the necessary elements for project management (logical framework, WBS, RACI matrix, risk analysis, time analysis and budget). The work has practical application, and the project can be implemented according to it.
