The author has collected a vast amount of relevant information. However the whole work is predominantly descriptive rather than analytical. It is difficult to see authors’ own ideas, evaluation, analysis and views. Question: How would you used the knowledge to trade OTC derivatives in the financial management of the company?

The author has met the objectives of the thesis. Although the thesis is rather theoretical, he proved vaste knowledge about the theme. I would like to appreciate the explanation of EMIR in chapter 7.1.2 and the comparison regulatory approach between the US and Europe. I recommend the paper to be defended.
