The subject of this thesis is the creation of a strategy for the expansion of a selected company on the Slovak market. This company specializes in the production, sale and rental of houses made of recycled shipping containers. The thesis is structured into four main parts. The introductory part defines the problem, sets the main and sub-objectives and describes the methods used. The theoretical part focuses on defining the basic concepts and the context of the problem. This is followed by the analytical part, which provides an analysis of the current state of the company and the specific project intended for expansion. The analyses produced are very detailed. The final part presents the actual solution proposals, where he recommended the use of Direct Investment, created a 7P marketing mix, Financial Forecast and risk mitigation. For the risk mitigation subsection, the student could have gone more in depth.
