The work is of a good standard, which is also reflected in my evaluation. As a weak point I see especially the lack of elaboration of some parts and then hasty solutions in weak quality.

I have particular comments on the structure of the analytical methods. The chapter numbering is chaotic and confusing.The numbering of the chapters is chaotic and confusing.In the theoretical part, it is not clear which of the methods falls into which environment. SWOT analysis is not evaluated, it is only described in the matrix, but the evaluation leading to the one strategy is missing.
Schopnost interpretovat dosažené výsledky a vyvozovat z nich závěry C Interpretation of the obtained results is limited due to the undeveloped SWOT analysis. The authors use their own impressions rather than clear arguments based on the analyses, which may be misleading.
Praktická využitelnost výsledků B Despite the inconsistencies in the analytical part of the thesis, I appreciate the author's approach in the design part, where he has detailed the steps of the marketing plan implementation according to the individual parts.

The bachelor’s thesis demonstrates the student’s ability to analyze a real business challenge and propose a viable marketing solution. The topic is well-chosen and relevant, and the proposed marketing plan shows practical potential. The thesis benefits from a logical structure and an applied approach, especially in the proposal section. However, the work is weakened by several shortcomings. The most significant is the incomplete PESTEL analysis, which omits political and environmental factors without sufficient justification. Since PESTEL is used as a core analytical tool, this omission reduces the comprehensiveness and rigor of the analysis of the external environment. In addition, the thesis suffers from formatting issues (e.g., broken references), inconsistent citation practices, and language imperfections that affect its overall academic quality.
