This master thesis focuses on the application of project management methods and techniques in a company, specifically on the planning and implementation of the company's participation in a global conference and trade fair. The theoretical part provides an overview of basic principles and knowledge in the field of project management. The analytical part of the thesis includes company introduction, analysis of two previous events, marketing, and competitor analysis. The proposal part of the thesis contains suggestions and recommendations using tools such as SMART goal WBS, risk analysis, RACI matrix, time, and cost analysis. The created project plan has a practical use, it can serve as a guide for other project managers. Defense Question: Indicate what stage the project is currently at.

The diploma thesis is entitled "Proposal for Project and Application of Project Management Methodology in a Company". Considering the fact that the key chapter 3 (Proposal of solution) presents the proposal of the international educational conference and exhibition in France project, I would recommend clarifying both the title of the thesis and the chapter "Goals of the thesis and methods". Moreover, in my opinion, the goal defined in the chapter "Goals of the thesis and methods" does not completely coincide with the goal stated in the introduction of the thesis and repeated in the conclusion of the thesis. The theoretical part of the thesis is processed in a standard way and contains basic theoretical premises related to the problem being solved. The analytical part of the work is processed descriptively rather than analytically, and I do not see a clear connection to the proposal part of the work (e.g. use of findings from subsection 2.6). The proposal part presents the project proposal of the international educational conference and exhibition using appropriate project management methods and techniques. It gradually covers all the key processes associated with project planning, which is a benefit for the selected organization also into the future. On the formal side of the work, they show slight errors, for example in the numbering of subchapters, when subchapter 2.7.1 is analogically followed by subsection 3.9.1.1; similarly after subchapter 2.7.2 subsection 3.9.2.1. Furthermore, I lack an explanation of the abbreviation "ISP", which appears many times in the text. Overall, the thesis corresponds to the terms of the assignment and fulfils the defined goal.
