I appreciate well prepared and processed analysis of both external and internal factors. External analysis are correctly focused on target market environment. Identified strengths and weaknesses are well described within internal analysis. Prepared proposals are well matching analytical outcomes and are in line with the company strategic goals. Proposals are prepared in the form of implementation project plan for practical use. I have few remarks to the formalities - especially table and picture citation. F.e. Tab. 4 and 5 are cited as author's work, but those tables are prepared by author based on information from the competition organizers. So it is confusing. Anyway, I recommend the thesis for the defense. Question: You identified several risks related to your proposed plan. Which of those risks you see as the most problematic for your proposals? How would you eliminate it?

The thesis possesses greater deficiencies in terms of formatting and quoting. In the theoretical part, concerning figures and tables, resources are missing, which I consider being a minor problem. However, in the analytical part, I completely miss any references to the information from which the author drew. I suppose it was from the TU Brno Racing website and personal experience as he personally worked with the team, but it should also be well quoted. Otherwise, the analytical and practical part is very well elaborated. The language of the thesis is on a high level. The practical part is well designed, the marketing strategy has some vision and plans how to implement it, and for TU Brno Racing, as an organization that reaches the world level, is definitely the subject of real use. Nevertheless, for practical usage, it will need further adjustments and extensions. For the purposes of this diploma thesis, however, it is more than sufficient.
