This is a quality work, the author of the thesis regularly consulted his work with the supervisor. The thesis is successful and especially the suggestions from the thesis author are beneficial for the company.Questions:Could you describe your "Visual risk map of the identified risks" (Figure 13, page 51 and Figure 15, page 60).? What is the purpose of this visualisation?

The main objective of the thesis is a proposal of identified risk elimination in the selected company. The goal is achieved with remarks listed below.Author is applying standard methodical framework used in risk management based on Lewin's model. Analytical part could be less descriptive and should go to more details. Surprisingly, author is not focusing on analysis of competitive environment. There is finally just identified one thread related to strong competition - this is just mentioned in SWOT analysis, but is not clear, where it is coming from?There are identified 20 risks. Also one of them is competition, but competitive environment is not covered within analysis.Proposals are matching the analytical results and are logically structured. Deeper focus could be concentrated on the proposal implementation plan and its time frames.Despite mentioned remarks I recommend the thesis for the defense.
