The thesis deals with an actual problem in the society, which is underestimated by both, government and citizens (future pensioners). The author undertook to achieve a very noble goal, to address this topic in order to increase a general knowledge in the society and to provide a tool for professionals. The thesis was perhaps too structured, what fragmented the text, which could be rather more compact. The thesis was supplied by great number of graphics and tables that supported the description of a problem and its analysis. Some minor grammar mistakes and typos were observed (e.g. on pages 65, 66 etc...). The author provided sufficient word commentary and description of the problem, analysis procedure and also of the conclusion and interpretation of results. Sometimes, too basic steps were described with extensive commentary, which was not so necessary (e.g. programming steps in MATLAB). Only 17 literature sources were used to support theoretical background of the thesis, which is rather low number, however the extensive analytical part could overweight this fact. According to my opinion, the author was able to fulfil her research goal in the thesis and therefore I definitely recommend the thesis for final defence.
