The topic of the dissertation is very interesting. It relates to the most actual concepts of project management methods. The aim of the thesis is to explore the project management processes in the context of delivering comprehensive guidance for new project managers in the organization. The research area is specified correctly, and the goal is clear and has been achieved. The research and method are simple and clear. The structure of the dissertation relates to the research goal. The Author used techniques which belong to descriptive research. The case study of the project of the non-profit organization IQ Roma Servis was also presented. It was divided into three main phases representing the life cycle of a project. The analytical part of the thesis proves the good level of analytical skills of the Author. The high level of the Author’s professional knowledge and his experience resulting from participation in IQ Roma Servis project implementation delivers practical advice to new project managers. The Author presents a combination of theoretical and analytical approaches while exploring the project management processes. The quality of English is suitable for reading. Both formal and editorial issues meet the requirements of the master thesis. The thesis is based on sufficient sources of literature. The author uses diverse sources of scientific information, i.e. monographs, scientific articles, websites and internal materials of the non-profit organisation IQ Roma Servis. The only doubt is that the author could have used more monographs and scientific articles on project management in the thesis.

The aim of the work is to create a comprehensive guide that will contain solutions and suggestions for a specific organization. The theoretical part of the thesis includes the definition of project management methodologies and basic concepts in the field of project management. The analytical part of the thesis focuses on a case study of a specific project for IQ Roma servise. A description of the organization, an analysis of project activities, project dissemination, the implementation team and the different phases of the project life cycle are presented. The suggestions that are given in the thesis could be more specific with concrete examples of their use. The aim of the thesis was to create a handbook, so I would expect the steps and phases of implementing the suggestions to be described here. Unfortunately, this section lacks an economic evaluation of the proposals and an indication of the benefits of the proposals.
