The main goal of the thesis is a proposal of a marketing strategy for the selected company entering new international market. The goal is fulfilled. The author uses standard methods to analyze the current situation. Market for the international expansion is well selected and analyzed. The analysis is made systematically and identifies opportunities and threads. Valuable is also performed research. Proposals are matching analytical results and are well structured and explained. The thesis is on the appropriate professional level. I recommend the thesis for the defense.

The main goal of the thesis is to create a marketing strategy proposal for the selected company while expanding to the international market. The main and sub-goals were met. The proposed solutions are logically structured according to the marketing mix framework. The work uses the approtiate methods for data collection and analysis. The author interprets the conclusions from the performed analyzes very well. The proposal part is well prepared and contains financial evaluation and time frame, which will allow easier implementation of the proposed procedure into practice. The formal requirements and the terminology used are at the required level. Question for the defense: How important role will generative AI play in the floral industry in the near future?
